1. 聖潔 Holiness

在生活與服事上，學習主耶穌的聖傑，生命有見証討神的喜悅。
In the same way as Christ did, our team members are expected to practice and conduct in holiness in all areas of our lives, so that we may be able to please God and become a living testimony.

2. 合一 Unity

我們不是建立城堡式的事工，乃是追求與教會與眾聖徒合一連結，彼此代禱，分享資源。
Our ministry will be united under the foundation of prayers, obedience, and the sharing of resource amongst all churches.

3. 僕人 Servant-hood

成為僕人的心智藉由音樂敬拜來服事我們的社區與教會。
Serving our community by giving them our love, music, and gospel, we want to enter the corners of the society and enhance all churches to provide with them the resource that they need to build their staff members.

4. 國度 Heavenly Kingdom

我們的事工要與教會配合進入福音的禾場，使神的國度在地上如同在天上。
Our ministry not only emphasizes the importance of unity between churches, but also the importance of taking the gospel to all corners of the earth as commissioned by Christ Jesus so that God’s kingdom will be glorified on earth.
