王光智牧師夫婦多年來在教會事奉中，深深感受到裝備音樂事奉者的生命，與教導音樂技巧是同等的重要，看到華人教會普遍缺乏「敬拜與音樂」教導的現象，毅然回應主愛，離開牧養十八年溫暖的羊圈，及在教會中敬拜讚美、詩班管弦樂團的服事職份，創立此事工來幫助有需要的教會，培訓全人音樂敬拜，使生活成為敬拜，敬拜成為生活的事奉者。
